Honoring Clifton Lee Clowers

On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, our dear friend and brother Clifton Lee Clowers tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident at just 40 years old. Clifton was more than a friend—he was family. His joy, laughter, and love for the Lord touched everyone he met. Born in Pearisburg, VA, and raised in Narrows, Clifton worked hard throughout his life and was most recently employed as a landscaper. He was happiest when riding his motorcycle with friends or sharing his faith, and he had a gift for uplifting those around him and reminding us of what truly matters.

Clifton is survived by his loving mother, sister, grandmother, extended family, and countless friends who cherished him deeply. His passing leaves behind not only broken hearts but also unexpected financial burdens for his family. We are creating this GoFundMe to help with funeral expenses, memorial arrangements, and to support his family during this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will make a difference and is deeply appreciated.

Cliff was an outgoing man who showed everyone he cared by helping with whatever was needed. He loved the outdoors, enjoyed riding his motorcycle, and was always trying to make everyone laugh. Most times you saw him, he would have his dogs with him. To honor Clifton’s memory, we are organizing a benefit ride on October 11th. Your support will help ease the financial burden on his family and celebrate the joy he brought into all of our lives. Thank you for your support, prayers, and love during this heartbreaking time.
