Cindy has been fighting a painfully long battle with Liver Disease, unfortunately, her battle has come to an end. Cindy was raised in Farmington, Utah. In 1991, she married the love of her life, Ron Slater. In 1993, Ron and Cindy moved the Hurricane.

Cindy has dedicated her life to supporting and putting everyone before herself. She spent the majority of her life serving others. Cindy raised two set of twins, while taking care of two aging parents. She loved the outdoors, crafting and spending time at Jacob's Lake.

Cindy served dutifully for the civic community for over 35 years in many different roles and capacities, before her declining health forced her to step down.

Cindy has been such a bright spark in the world. She has touched the lives of many and now it is our turn to give back to her and her husband, her best friend, her support system, Ron, in their time of need.

While we have been able to cover the majority of her medical expenses, we are hoping to raise money to help Ron cover the funeral expenses, and his daily living expenses while he stayed at home to care for Cindy in her final days.

We are asking for any contribution, big or small, to assist in easing the financial burden on Ron and his family.
