Honoring Christopher Wolfmuller's Memory
Donation protected
My name is Gabriella Wolfmuller, and my father, Christopher Wolfmuller, was hit by a car on Wednesday night. My father suffered a tremendous amount, losing all of his blood volume at the scene of the accident, broke his femur, shattered his pelvis, broke his jaw, and most importantly, suffered from multiple brain bleeds and severe intracranial swelling. As many of my close friends and family know, my father was unmarried and has no life insurance or living will. Being his only adult child, this left me in the position of his Power of Attorney—a burden that carries a weight like I’ve never felt before.
My father’s health and brain swelling at the Surgical Trauma ICU continued to worsen within the last 72 hours, which led the doctors to conclude he would no longer make a successful recovery or fulfill a meaningful life. My father was withdrawn from life support and passed away peacefully with the comfort of medication and his loved ones surrounding him. He leaves behind myself and his 11 year old son, Jaxon. His three siblings, mother, father, nieces, nephews, and countless other friends and family members are forever changed by my father’s passing. Myself and my little brother, Jaxon, were loved fiercely by my father who would give the shirt off his back to ensure our happiness and safety. My father took pride in his children and loved his family more than anything in this world.
The magnitude of this horrific accident left a detrimental impact on mine and my family's lives, and as his eldest child, I’m left to pick up the pieces as best as I can. I would like to hold a funeral service for my father but we are not fortunate enough to afford this without financial support. Asking for this kind of help is debilitating and exhausting, but it is my only option. My family and I want nothing more than to lay my father to rest in the manner he wished for. Any and all donations to support me and my father are welcomed and cherished beyond any means. Thank you.
