My brother Christopher Billie was a 28-year-old Electrical Engineering student, a talented multi-instrumentalist, and a caring friend to so many. He touched the lives of everyone he met with his kindness, creativity, and generosity. Losing him has left a deep void in our family and community, and we want to honor his memory in a way that reflects the love and light he brought into our lives.
