Honoring Christopher: A Family's Heartbreak
Donation protected
A loving brother, a wonderful son, an amazing uncle, and great friend…taken far too soon. Our family is left heartbroken, hanging by a thread without the real glue of our family.. we do not have much and this is entirely unexpected as you would imagine. So I am setting up this go fund me to take the stress off of my siblings and parents as hard as this is for us all I feel the need to do what I can to make this easier on us all. If you are able to donate we are so grateful, and if not I ask that you please keep our family in your thoughts and/or prayers.
Christopher William Carmichael.. one of three boys and six girls. Always handy, taking after our father and grandfather before him, absolutely loved children and babies and when I say an amazing uncle I cannot stress that enough… he adored our babies, always there for his siblings no matter what it was or what it took. He was born a protector and always stood up for what was right. He was a great listener, and the “best big little brother.”Always forgiving and compassionate, patient, and understanding. Christopher loved the lord and grew in his relationship over the years, he taught himself about dog training off the internet and from books. He wanted to train our father’s German Shepard and start a dog training company at one point.. always such a quiet, good hearted, good mannered, open minded young man not to mention his good sense of humor.. I’m not sure how any of us will muster up the strength to move forward, but as anyone else that’s dealt with a tragedy as such has we will too for each other and for Christopher. Life will never be the same without our brother, our son, our babies uncle and friend. His 20th birthday is next month, 6.18.05 and I hope to have a celebration of life/balloon release with our family on top of whatever regular funeral arrangements as well as possible keepsakes for all immediate family members. I just want to thank any and everyone ahead for condolences, donations and any prayers or supportive thoughts/words shared. But I will say as this is very hard, as are replies and questions.
To be brief, over the weekend there was an unexpected accident and we are still unsure of the details but our brother means the absolute world to us.. and if this is the last thing we can do for him. We appreciate your help.
