Honoring Brian Christian Sledd: A Devoted Husband, Father & Hardworking Friend Taken Too Soon

On March 2nd, 2025, while selflessly assisting his sister in law, Christian was senselessly taken from us in a heartbreaking act of violence. Needless to say, this was not only a shock to us all but weighed heavy in our hearts.

With broken hearts, we come together to remember and honor the life of Christian, a devoted husband, loving father, and dedicated friend who was tragically taken from us while selflessly helping someone in need. His kindness, generosity, and unwavering support for others defined who he was, and his passing has left a tremendous void in the lives of those who loved him.

Christian was an incredibly skilled service technician who took great pride in his work. He was a natural problem solver, always tinkering on projects for his own home and lending his talents to help others. Whether fixing something for a friend, improving his family's home, or simply offering a helping hand, he put his heart into everything he did. His passion for his craft and his commitment to those around him made him a truly special person.

Beyond his work, Christian was a devoted family man. His wife, Talia, his young son, and stepdaughter were his world. As the sole provider for his family, he worked tirelessly to ensure they were cared for, and his love and dedication to them knew no bounds. Now, in the wake of this unimaginable tragedy, his family is left not only with the grief of losing him but also with the financial burden of moving forward without him.

We are raising funds to support his family during this difficult time. Donations will help cover funeral expenses, daily living costs, and provide some financial stability for his wife and children as they navigate life without him. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will make a difference in easing their burden. The target amount would have been his annual salary so the family can continue to receive income while dealing with this difficult time and give them time to grieve without the burden of worrying about bills.
