Due to the sudden passing of Christopher "Joey" Klenk, we are facing the immediate weight of his final expenses and outstanding bills. We want to ensure that Chris is laid to rest with the dignity he earned through millions of miles of hard work. For 25 years, Chris lived his life behind the wheel. As a dedicated owner-operator, the highway wasn't just his job; it was his home, and the trucking community was his family.

Chris was a mentor who didn't just drive trucks—he built careers. He spent two decades helping other drivers learn the ropes and start their own businesses because he believed in the pride of the open road. Beyond the immediate costs, we want to ensure his passion for the industry continues. We are establishing the Christopher "Joey" Klenk Memorial Trucking Scholarship and hope to keep this an ongoing scholarship. He knew better than anyone that the hardest part of finishing school isn't just the tuition—it's the "behind the scenes" life that doesn't stop.

This scholarship will be designed to help students cover the real-life costs that can get in the way of a dream: rent, mortgage payments, groceries, utilities, car notes, and expenses for their children. We want to take the "load" off their shoulders so they can focus on crossing the finish line, just like Chris always helped others do.
