Unfortunately, my mother in law (Cheryl Watkins) passed away March 25th, 2026. My mother in law was in hospice as her COPD got really bad last year right after surviving cancer. She beat cancer just to get sick and have a month and a half stay in the hospital... The doctors knew her COPD was in it's end stage and they gave her a maximum of six months.. She proved them wrong and lasted eight! She was a fighter but the COPD won in the end... Her son is left broken hearted as he lost his grandma in 2023 and his sister at the end of 2024.... He's lost and confused but our biggest worry right now is being able to cremate his mom and spread her ashes "in the ocean with the dolphins." That was her wish and we want to honor it if we can... If we get the support we are hoping for, we want to take a trip to California with her.... But we would appreciate any help at this time.. We are also asking for extra as far as cremation goes because the mortuary charges a "storage fee" starting soon if we can't pay for her cremation.
