Cheryl Evans was a brilliant designer, entrepreneur, avid gardener, and loving mother who touched the lives of many. Originally from California, she was a proud BYU graduate and a long-time resident of Fort Collins. Cheryl dedicated her life to serving others, whether through her church, her work, or her time spent nurturing her family and community. She held a master’s degree, started multiple businesses, and was always eager to help those around her grow and succeed.

After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Cheryl passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. In her final days, she expressed a heartfelt wish: that any time, money, or effort given in her honor be directed toward causes that create lasting, positive change. Cheryl believed deeply in organizations that empower individuals and foster hope for the future, such as cancer research foundations and educational charities like the Perpetual Education Fund.
