Chef Nick brought heart, creativity, and generosity to everyone he met — and his family now needs our support.

Nick's passing has left a deep void, especially for his family: Natalia and their three children — Analani (9th grade), Mateo (5th grade), and Noah (2nd grade).

Natalia hopes to keep the children in their Waimea home, filled with Nick’s love and memories, and continue their education at Hawaiʻi Preparatory Academy. Managing the mortgage and tuition on her own is a significant challenge.

This memorial fund provides longer-term support for housing, mortgage assistance, and education.

Natalia will receive support with financial planning and stewardship of the funds. Donations will be thoughtfully allocated between housing and education, and donors may specify how their contributions are used if they wish.
