In Loving Memory of Jose Henriquez: Supporting His Wife and Family During This Tragic Time

Our hearts are shattered. It is with profound sadness and shock that we share the devastating news of the sudden and tragic passing of our beloved Source Cafe team member Chef Jose Henriquez. Jose was more than just a chef at The Source Cafe; he was a vibrant and essential part of our Source family for the past year. His loss has left an immense void in our kitchen and in the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Jose was a truly exceptional person, defined by his kindness, his ambition, and his deep love for his wife Kess. He was known for his infectious smile and his incredible ability to keep our busy kitchen calm and positive.Beyond his incredible work as a talented chef, Jose was driven by a deep desire to help others and was just months away from accomplishing a major dream, graduating from nursing school. His commitment to both his profession and his studies was an inspiration to us all.

Jose shared a beautiful life and a wonderful marriage with his loving wife Kess. They built a truly special life together, and our hearts ache for her as she faces this unimaginable sudden loss.

We are all reeling from the shock of losing such a bright light so unexpectedly, right as he was on the cusp of a new chapter in his life.
