On the evening of April 8th, 2026 we tragically lost Carter Cochran Born 7-7-08, he was only 17- a son, a grandson, a friend, and a light in the lives of so many.
Carter had a soul that could brighten any room simply by walking into it. Even on someone’s darkest day, he had a way of turning it into something full of laughter and hope. He was the kind of person who made you laugh until your stomach hurt, whose presence alone brought comfort, and whose joy was truly contagious.
He was not only full of light, but full of strength. Even while facing his own challenges, Carter never stopped showing up for the people he loved. His kindness, wisdom, and unwavering faith inspired everyone around him—whether they shared his beliefs or not. He loved deeply, and that love was felt by all who knew him.
Carter was someone you could turn to for anything. Whether it was life advice, conversations about faith, or simply needing a friend, he was always there. His laughter, his smile, and the way he made everyone feel valued and seen are things that will never be forgotten.
To know Carter was to love him. He leaves behind countless memories—moments filled with friendship, joy, and genuine connection. From time spent with friends to the simple, meaningful conversations, every memory is something that will be cherished forever.
He was deeply loved, and he will be deeply missed. Carter’s impact on this world and the people in it is immeasurable, and his light will continue to shine in all of us.
We are raising funds to support Carter’s family during this incredibly difficult time and to honor his life and legacy. Any support, whether through donations or sharing this page, means more than words can express.
Rest in peace, Carter. You will forever be loved and never forgotten.
