Our beloved Carol F. Dow passed away on January 21, 2025, leaving behind a profound legacy of love, education, and faith. As a dedicated first-grade teacher in the West Chester Area School District, Carol spent her life nurturing young minds and inspiring generations of students.

To honor her unwavering commitment to education, her daughters, Cheryl Proctor and Sharon Reed, are establishing the Carol F. Dow Educational Scholarship to support students pursuing careers in education. This scholarship will ensure that Carol’s passion for learning continues to impact future generations.
