On behalf of the Chouinard family, we are heartbroken to share the unexpected passing of our beloved Carissa, following a tragic car accident last weekend.

No family is ever prepared for a loss like this. In an instant, our lives were changed forever. She was deeply loved by her parents, siblings, grandma pat, poopa, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends. Her absence leaves an unimaginable void in the hearts of everyone who knew her. May her memory be eternal.

We are creating this fundraiser to honor her memory and to support my aunt, uncle, and cousins as they navigate the difficult days and months ahead. Donations will help ease the financial burden of medical expenses, funeral and memorial costs, and any other unexpected expenses that may arise during this incredibly challenging time.
