Captain Jesse Castillo’s family is facing an unimaginable loss. Jesse was a beloved husband, a devoted father to two young children, and a respected fire department captain who led with excellence, love, and a servant’s heart. Everyone who knew Jesse knew how deeply he cared for others. Jesse was the kind of person who would give the shirt off his back, bless people freely, and show up again and again for those in need. After bravely battling cancer for the past two years, Jesse has gone to be with his Savior. We know he is in a better place, but our hearts break for his wife and children as they face life without him.
