Honoring Camp Inglewood's Legacy

Donation protected

Camp Inglewood is closing after 8 years. This magical space has seen over 450 kids pass through - splashing in mud, finding salamanders, sitting around the campfire, singing songs, climbing, digging, building…. A nature lover's paradise. Camp has not only been a haven for our kids but also for us adults too.

We are raising funds to help John and Betsy Aho, the founders of the school, transition to their new life as they move to Washington state.

This fundraiser is a way to not only help them but to say thank you for creating such a magical space for our children, for creating a community of like-minded parents who value the outdoors, and for honoring and respecting our children and giving them an amazing space to grow with autonomy.

Camp means so much to the families who have attended, and we have learned so much and grown so much together. We want to thank John and Betsy and send them on their way to their new adventure with their sons Ben, Petey, and Matti.

The spirit of camp lives on in the families who have found refuge here. We love you, Camp Inglewood, forever!!
