With sad hearts, we are saying goodbye to Caleb Boris. He was a son, a brother, a husband, a father, and a friend to many. We are asking for help to cover costs for his service and to help the family he has left behind.
Caleb Boris was born in Carlsbad, New Mexico, on October 13, 2002, to his mother Judith B. He has 3 siblings, Sophia B., James H., and Kate F. He would later on marry Yareny R. and have two beautiful girls, Delilah and Ameyalli. Caleb, as a kid, was a little daredevil and jokester. He loved testing new limits and seeing what he could do. If he saw a tall tree, he would climb it and see how high he could go. When he would joke around, he could get just about anyone to laugh or turn a serious situation into a funny one.
As a teenager, he was still funny and loved cracking jokes, but he also became stubborn and had a talent for many things. He was talented at drawing, writing, telling stories, soccer, track, and many other things.
He graduated from De LaSalle High School in 2021 and shortly after joined the Navy. Caleb served in the Navy for 3 years.
After leaving the Navy, he had a hard time readjusting to civilian life for a year and ended up in the situation we are in now. He was hit by a car and was in a coma for a little bit over a week. His injuries were just too much for his body, and the family decided to let him pass peacefully. At the end of his life, he is an organ donor and will go on to help many people.
