Burner is my loyal companion and a wise old soul who has been by my side through so many adventures. He’s protected me from countless unseen dangers, much like an angel, and together we’ve shared unforgettable moments hunting in the wild. Burner’s strength and spirit are unmatched—he’s grabbed 111 boars by himself, all before the age of seven. His courage and loyalty have made him not just a pet, but a true friend and guardian.

Recently, Burner’s health has taken a heartbreaking turn. His back legs are no longer working, and he’s in a lot of pain with no quality of life. I’ve tried everything I can to remedy his health, but it’s not looking good. It’s incredibly difficult to see such a strong and loving soul struggle, and I want to honor him in the most meaningful way possible.

Grief is just the side effect of love. It illuminates the pure divinity within us all, united by this shared experience. I’m raising funds to cover the cost of Burner’s cremation and to start an ocean and beach clean-up in his honor around the beaches of Kauai. Burner has given me so much love and joy, and I want his legacy to live on by helping protect our beautiful planet for future generations.
