Dear Loved Ones,

The world lost one of its brightest stars this first weekend of August 2025.

Brian Williams was a son, a father, a brother, and a best friend to so many. His generosity and joy were unmatched. Brian had a rare ability to connect deeply with every person he met—offering his full attention, warmth, and heart in each interaction. He will be remembered by anyone lucky enough to have crossed paths with him, no matter how brief the moment.

Brian had a deep curiosity and reverence for life. He did all he could to make the most of each day, often finding himself in wild or unexpected situations—yet always coming out the other side with an incredible story. And ohhh, did he know how to tell a story. For someone who loved books as much as him, his story may be the most epic of them all.

He expressed his creativity and joy through music, art, literature, and the human connection. However, above all else, Brian's proudest and most meaningful journey was becoming a father. His love for his daughter, Sophia Rose, was limitless. He beamed with pride every time he spoke about her—and somehow, in true Brian fashion, always found room to love her even more than capacity’s limits were supposed to allow.

We are all truly better for having known Brian. In this time of grief, may we carry forward the very best of him: his kindness, his curiosity, his laughter, and his love.
