Honoring Brian J Springer at Golden Gate Park
Donation protected
Said best by Alice:
Brian J Springer left this world on April 5th in Nashville, Tennessee. He was loved by many and this loss is truly creating a seism around the world. Brian truly dedicated his life to making everyone around him happy and he brought joy anywhere he would go. He was a fantastic host and you’d never have an empty glass in your hand if he could help it. His champagne parties were legendary.
He spent his last 24 hours doing EXACTLY what he loved: experiencing the food and music scene in Nashville with friends and loved ones. We closed the day with the raddest country music show and danced all night in our western shoes and our hats on. Saying that he was beaming is an understatement: he was radiating so much love, happiness, and joy that even strangers on the dance floor took notice.
These funds will be used to support the celebration of life as well as an engraved paver, both located at the botanical gardens at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. The location is especially meaningful as it was a place both Brian and Alice loved to visit, and also was the location for their wedding in the fall. He was so excited about the wedding and location. Went there week before painting the picture of how the ceremony would be laid out. The inscription will be “In memory of Brian J Springer, the 6th degree”.
This fundraising is purely optional and offered as a way for people to contribute and participate in some way.
Celebration of life hosted at botanical gardens on May 2nd at 12pm until 1:30pm, last champagne party to follow at Brian and Alice’s home at 1380 10th Avenue. For more details, please visit the memorial website.
