Hello from Jim Hansen,

On Thursday November 27, 2025, we lost Bill Pyle, a man who was loved deeply by many and who touched countless lives with his kindness, humor, sense of adventure and strength. His passing has left a space in his family that cannot be filled, but what remains is the enduring love he had for his children, Myrissa and Trevor. Both are currently working their way through college and early adulthood with determination, resilience, and limited financial means. They have never asked for anything, and this request comes with humility and a deep desire to honor Bill in a way that reflects love, not obligation.

This fund is being created by those who loved Bill, counted him as a friend over the years and share many memories of Bill. We have asked how we can help or contribute something meaningful in his memory. Any support given will go directly toward helping his children continue their education, manage essential living expenses, and stay focused on building the stable futures he always hoped for them. Furthermore, we will gather in Steamboat for a Celebration of Life this May 2026 to share stories with them so they might know more about their father and the impact he had on so many people along the way.
