Betty was an amazing woman, mother, aunt, Grammy, and so much more to everyone she loved. She touched the lives of so many people with her kindness, faith, and willingness to help others. Unfortunately, she was taken from us too soon after suffering a sudden, severe stroke that caused a brain hemorrhage in her brain stem. It was completely unexpected, and our family was not prepared for this heartbreaking loss.
Betty always said, “we’re not promised tomorrow, so live every day like it’s your last, love hard, forgive and never hate because every one of God’s children has an expiration date and we don’t know when that is.” She was a godly woman who believed she would one day reunite with her mom, dad, brothers, and sisters in heaven. I hope they greeted her at the gates and walked her down the golden road. Betty was always there to listen, to help, and to offer comfort to those in need. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.
We are asking for support from friends, family, and the community to help us cover the expenses of her cremation, urn, viewing, and fulfilling her final wishes. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help us honor Betty’s memory and give her the farewell she deserves. Thank you for your kindness, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
