On December 16, 2025, my life changed for the worst. I held my father’s hand as he drew his final breath. Bennie Prophet JR, a brother, father, grandfather, and mentor, dedicated his life to assisting and embracing others. He provided solace to children in need and guidance to adults seeking direction. His presence was always filled with laughter, and his infectious joy was a constant source of positivity. As a devoted father, he supported me unconditionally until his untimely passing. Despite his illness, his passing during this holiday season was unexpected. It hurts me that he was unable to witness his grandson’s first Christmas. I am his only daughter, age 26, with two baby boys. I am actively seeking assistance to ensure that he receives a dignified send-off as he transitions to the afterlife.
