Honoring Benigno's Life: Help with Funeral Costs
Donation protected
It’s with a heavy heart and great sadness to announce the passing of Benigno Alvarez on May 23, 2024. He was a tremendous Father, Brother, Grandfather, Uncle and Friend. Those who knew him, knew he had admirable strength and loved living life. He always encouraged those around him to appreciate what you have and have fun. He loved to socialize and thoroughly enjoyed telling a good story to all. He has impacted so many along the way and his smile will forever be remembered.
As many of you know, he was diagnosed several years ago with Multiple Myeloma . He has been a true warrior in battling this terrible disease. Unfortunately, after years of fighting this roller coaster of an illness, he developed Leukemia. Even after being diagnosed, he still remained optimistic that his strength and faith would pull him through. We were all so happy to hear the good news that he was finally cancer free. However… his luck recently changed and the Multiple Myeloma came back and took over rather quickly. We all had hoped he would bounce back, the way he had done so many times before. But sadly… it took his life quickly and in a matter of moments he was gone.
We are truly devastated. He still had so much life left in him. He went out with a real fight.
I would like to ask that if any family or friends would like to help out during this difficult time, please consider donating to his funeral and burial expenses. It would be greatly appreciated.
