Bret and Hailey McBrayer welcomed their son, Beau Kane, into the world on Monday, April 20, 2026, at just 32 weeks of pregnancy. Beau was delivered via emergency c-section at Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Immediately after birth, he was life flighted to Sacred Heart in Spokane, where a dedicated team worked tirelessly to stabilize him. Despite their best efforts, Beau needed even more specialized care and was flown to Seattle Children’s Hospital for the next stage of his journey.

Tragically, after a courageous fight, Beau passed away in the loving arms of his parents on Friday, April 24, 2026. Bret and Hailey are now facing the unimaginable pain of saying goodbye to their precious son, while also being confronted with significant medical bills and the costs of funeral arrangements.
