Baby Azalea Zalaya Hernandez was a beautiful 11 month old who touched everyone’s heart. Born with congenital heart disease, she spent much of her life in the hospital, bravely facing multiple surgeries and a terminal diagnosis. Azalea was a true fighter feisty, strong, and wonderfully silly who loved to smile and play. Despite every challenge, she remained a ray of sunshine, deeply loved by all who knew her and forever remembered for the joy she brought into the world. We are looking for some financial help to put towards a beautiful funeral for baby Azalea. Giving thanks and appreciation.
