It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Azalia(Sally) Guzman McDuffee on 31 January 2026. She was a pillar of strength for our family and a friend to everyone she met. She was truly a beautiful soul who touched so many with her kindness, warmth, and generosity. While her absence leaves a profound void, we find comfort in the beautiful memories she left behind.

Throughout her life, Azalia (Sally) was the ultimate fighter. She faced numerous medical challenges with a grace and resiliency that inspired us all. No matter how difficult the battle, she never lost her faith, her spirit or her love for those around her. She taught us what it means to overcome, and she did so with a smile that lit up every room.

As we navigate this difficult transition, many have asked how they can support our family. In honor of Azalia’s incredible journey and the strength she showed through every medical hurdle. We have created this fund to help manage her final expenses and the medical costs associated with her care.

We want to give Azalia the farewell she deserves—a tribute to the beautiful life she lived.
