In Loving Memory of Jacqueline “Auntie Jackie” Wooley
My name is Jason Wooley, and I’m writing on behalf of my beloved mother, Jacqueline, known to so many as Auntie Jackie, Miss Jackie, and “Grammy” to her grandbabies.
Our family recently experienced the heartbreaking loss of my mother. During her illness, we had taken steps to prepare and believed certain arrangements were in place. Unfortunately, as life sometimes unfolds, circumstances changed and those plans did not carry through as expected. Because of this, we are now in need of support to give her the homegoing she truly deserves.
My mother was a devoted mother, a proud Grammy, a daughter, sister, aunt, and a faithful friend. She was also a pillar in the Bay Area community; an advocate for the homeless, the helpless, and the hopeless. She opened her home to people she knew, barely knew, and sometimes didn’t know at all. She fed, clothed, and supported countless individuals, even during times when she had little herself.
She carried one of the sweetest spirits you could encounter; compassionate, resilient, and always willing to give. She spent much of her life pouring into others.
Now it’s our turn to pour back into her.
We are asking for any contribution you’re able to give to help us honor her life and lay her to rest with dignity. Every amount, no matter how small, makes a difference. And if you’re unable to give financially, we sincerely appreciate your prayers and your willingness to share this page.
Thank you for supporting our family and for helping us celebrate a woman who gave so much to so many.
With gratitude,
