Honoring Juan Manuel Fortuna

Death is never easy; losing a loved one is always hard. Although they are no longer here with us physically, they will always be in our hearts. When losing a father, you lose more than just a parent; you lose a provider, protector, and sometimes a best friend. This is exactly what happened to my dear friend Annery, with the sudden death of her father on March 29th.

Annery is a hardworking mother of two who provided and housed her father, and took care of him and his health until his dying day. I can only imagine the feeling of loving, housing, and keeping his health together, and now having to release his body from the hospital and cremate him.

We've received minimal support from some friends and family and still need help to reach our goal. Anything helps.

We are asking for any amount to help her reach her goal.

La muerte nunca es fácil; perder a un ser querido siempre es difícil. Aunque ya no estén físicamente con nosotros, siempre vivirán en nuestros corazones. Cuando se pierde a un padre, se pierde más que a un simple progenitor; se pierde a un proveedor, un protector y, en muchos casos, a un mejor amigo. Esto es exactamente lo que le sucedió a mi querida amiga Annery, con la repentina muerte de su padre el 29 de marzo.

Annery es una madre trabajadora de dos hijos que brindó apoyo y hogar a su padre, y cuidó de él y de su salud hasta su último día. Solo puedo imaginar lo que significa amar, darle un hogar y velar por su salud, y ahora tener que retirar su cuerpo del hospital y cremarlo.

Hemos recibido apoyo limitado de algunos amigos y familiares, y aún necesitamos ayuda para alcanzar nuestra meta. Cualquier aporte ayuda.
