My sister, Anna, was hit by a car crossing the street in Orlando after being there for Halloween Horror Nights. Coincidently, the night/day she was hit by the car just also happened to be her 56th Birthday. Anna ultimately succumbed to her injuries. She died peacefully at 2:10 am on November 14, 2024 and was able to donate her lungs, kidneys, liver, and corneas. Anna died a HERO!

Anna was full of life and made friends everywhere she went. She loved her cats, Graysie and Meyers, Alabama football, and her daughter, Bethany (yes, in that order). She was an employee of Southwest Airlines for over 25 years, where she established many life-long friendships. Her charismatic personality will greatly be missed.

We are currently raising money for cremation/funeral and medical expenses, travel expenses for her daughter, Bethany, who had to fly in from Calgary, Canada and miss work. Also for her mom, Connie, who had to travel from Mississippi and get hotel rooms, as well as myself who has missed work as Anna's medical proxy, and the back and forth travel to Orlando from Fort Myers. There are additional costs to the family in taking care of Anna's two cats until we can find a good home for them. There are a lot of other miscellaneous bills and expenses that as a family, could use some financial assistance. This all happened so suddenly and none of us were prepared. We appreciate all of the love, support, and prayers.
