My name is Lindsay, and I am raising funds to honor my mother, Angie Zeman, who recently passed away after a long and courageous battle with multiple health challenges. Angie was the heart of our family—she loved her daughter, husband, friends, and family deeply, and was always surrounded by her beloved pets. Her compassion for animals and people alike touched everyone she met. Angie fought so hard for so many years, living through kidney and thyroid cancer, 14 years of dialysis, the loss of her leg, heart surgery, lung cancer, and more. Despite all she endured, she never lost her warmth or her love for those around her. Her strength and resilience inspired everyone who knew her, and her memory will always be cherished.

The funds raised will help pay for my mom’s final arrangements. Due to the extensive medical supplies and bills needed before she passed away, we were unable to save anything for this. The financial burden has been overwhelming, and any support will help ease the stress during this incredibly difficult time. If we are fortunate enough to raise more than is needed for her final expenses, any additional funds over the 2200 will be donated to MADACC, the animal charity where my mom found several of her beloved dogs, in her name.

Thank you for any help during the hardest time of my life. My mom loved and was loved by so many. Beside financial help, I would love to hear a favorite story or two you might have about my mom. I hope she lives on in every life she ever crossed. My dad and I were so lucky to have the wife and mother we got—my parents were together for over 50 years, and I couldn’t have gotten a more amazing mom who loved me fiercely with her whole heart all my life. Pain this strong can only come from a love just as strong. I hurt beyond words, but I was blessed.

My mom didn't want a formal funeral but a celebration dinner in her honor will be planned at a later date. She wanted all those that loved her to get together for a meal and remember her amazing life instead her death. Thank you all.
