Our family is heartbroken to share the unexpected loss of my brother,Angelo Felder. His passing has left us devastated, and the circumstances surrounding it have made this tragedy even more difficult to process.

He was so kind, so loving, so supportive, so kind hearted. He truly always had the sweetest soul and we miss him so much.

We recently learned that he had been in the city morgue for two weeks before our family was notified. During that time, we had no idea where he was or what may have had happened. He was last seen on 7/7, We contacted hospitals, police stations, and they have failed us. We have reached out for help on countless occasions. He was pronounced dead at Rhode Island hospital, alone, as they did not attempt to locate his family or loved ones on July 8, 2026.

As we now prepare to lay him to rest, we are facing the emotional weight of grieving while also trying to cover the unexpected costs of his funeral and burial. These expenses are more than our family is able to manage on such short notice, and we are humbly asking for help.
