Angelica Tapia has always been the heart of our family. As a single mother, she dedicated her life to her children, making sure they were always cared for and supported, no matter the challenges she faced. She was also a devoted daughter, caring for my grandmother until her passing, showing a level of love and commitment that inspired everyone around her.


Some of my fondest memories are from our trips to Mexico when we were young. Angelica would always be there, making sure we were safe and happy. She had a special way of bringing us together, especially with her cooking. Her chorizo en chile was legendary—always super spicy but so delicious, especially when served with her refried beans. These moments around the table are memories I’ll always cherish.


Now, as Angelica faces her final days, our family is preparing for the difficult road ahead. We are raising funds to help cover funeral and memorial costs, so we can honor her life and the love she gave so freely.
