***UPDATED*** 299 days—that is how long Andy fought esophageal cancer, and he did so with every ounce of physical and mental strength he had. On Saturday, January 17, 2026, as Stephanie held Andy close, he took his last breath. There is no doubt he was greeted at the gates of heaven by his dad, Linwood, and those he loved dearly who went before him.
Our community came together to support Stephanie, Andy, and the kids throughout every step of their journey. Because of that support, Andy was able to focus on his fight, Stephanie was able to be by his side every step of the way, and the kids were able to live their lives as normally as possible. Words cannot begin to express the comfort that brought Andy.
Stephanie, Tyler, Tinsley, Taylor, and Trae were his entire world. As they begin to navigate life without their hero, I would love for us to come together once again and join forces to make this journey as stress- and worry-free as possible. While we cannot take away their pain, we can help ease some of the financial burdens that lie ahead.
If you are unable to contribute financially, please continue to keep the Anderson family in your prayers and share this link with your circle.

Hi everyone,
I'm reaching out on behalf of my dear friend Stephanie Anderson and her husband Andy. Just a few weeks ago, Andy was diagnosed with esophageal and bone cancer. As you can imagine, this news has turned their world upside down. Andy is not only Stephanie’s rock but also an incredible father, friend, and all-around kind soul who would do anything for the people he loves.
With various treatments already starting, including radiation, chemo, surgeries, etc., Andy has taken a leave of absence from work and Stephanie is doing everything she can to hold things together. Multiple people have reached out to Stephanie and others asking how they can help. After speaking with Stephanie, we feel this will be the best avenue to refer people to should they feel inclined to help in some way.
I am hoping we can come together and help ease the financial burden for the Andersons so they can focus on Andy’s well-being, recovery, and any other needs that should arise. Stephanie’s undivided attention needs to be given to Andy and her family and not be burdened with worrying about unpaid time away from work, mounting medical bills, and any other financial needs.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, it will make a huge difference. If you can’t donate right now, please consider sharing this fundraiser with your network. Every bit of support helps lift the weight off their shoulders.
Stephanie and Andy appreciate all the love and prayers they continue to receive during this extremely difficult time. ❤️
With gratitude,
Kristi Presley
