Andrew Strand, age 34 of Brunswick, OH, was found deceased Wednesday February 4, 2026. Andy was a husband and father to two young children. He was recently starting his own company, which he was absolutely loving. He was a mechanic for many years and played hockey for many years, influencing his son’s life to love both cars and hockey. He was a loving, involved father; coaching his son’s hockey and baseball teams. He loved supporting his daughter in dance as well as gymnastics. His wife and children were the center of his life and he loved them immensely. Andy and his wife, Jaymie, were married for 7 years at the time of his passing. Andy was a great friend to many, one of which being my husband’s good friend for nearly 12 years. He was a kind man who always showed up to support his friends or anyone who needed him. Andy’s passing was sudden and unexpected leaving his family in disarray. We are looking to raise funds to support his wife and children in this trying time, as well as raising funds for Andy’s funeral service.
