With her permission, we are creating this GoFundMe for our dear friend and an incredible mother who is facing an unimaginable heartbreak. No mother should ever have to endure the pain of losing a child—especially after already grieving the loss of another loved one just months ago. Our hearts ache for her during this devastating time.

It is with profound sorrow that we share the passing of Andres “Andy” Mendoza. Andy was a beautiful soul—full of life, laughter, and dreams for his future. He had a way of bringing light to those around him, and his absence has left an overwhelming emptiness in the hearts of his family, friends, and everyone who knew and loved him.

The family is now facing the heavy emotional and financial burden that comes with such a sudden loss. We are asking for help to cover funeral and medical expenses so Andy can be brought home and laid to rest with the love, dignity, and honor he deserves. No family should have to worry about finances while mourning such a tremendous loss.
