Our dear friend Andrew Ngo passed away after a courageous three-year battle with cancer. He survived more than two years longer than doctors thought he would, thanks to your generous donations that let him pursue a cutting-edge treatment before it became standard in the US.

Even while fighting his own illness, he dedicated himself to helping cure others as a cancer researcher, facing it all with remarkable strength and grace. He leaves a permanent mark on all of our hearts.

Andrew died on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at home surrounded by family, friends, and his two beloved dogs.
