Honoring Andre: Funeral & Shrine Support Fund

Andre Henrique Gibeau, 54, of New Boston, NH passed away at his residence after a brief period of declining health. Andre was born June 3, 1969, in Boston, MA and was a son of Ben and Eva (Lobo) Gibeau. He was raised in Dorchester, MA and was a graduate of Mario Umana Harbor School of Science & Technology in E. Boston, MA. Andre received a bachelor’s degree from UMass Boston, his Law degree from Northeastern University and his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.

 

Andre served his country in the 82nd Airborne Division of the US Army. He was employed as an attorney for many years and most recently with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He enjoyed playing the guitar with his family and playing the bag pipes as a member of the Shriners Pipe and Drum band. He was also an avid reader, always seeking out new knowledge to share with whomever would listen. Andre was a longtime member of the Pentucket lodge in Lowell, MA and recently joined the Ancient York Lodge #89 of Nashua, NH. He was a cultured soul who loved to travel, enjoyed music and engaging in deeper conversations, especially over a good scotch. Andre loved riding his motorcycle and spending time with his friends, but most of all his family.

 

In addition to his parents, Andre is survived by his three children, Mason Ryan Gibeau, Alexander Douglas Gibeau and Sabrina Michelle Gibeau, their mother Kathryn Gibeau, and his sister Laureen Gibeau-Shakir and her husband Nuri Shakir.
