With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved Amy Frisby.

Amy passed away Thursday morning at the age of 58 after a long and courageous battle with throat and lung cancer. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend who meant so much to so many. Over the past year and a half, Amy fought with incredible strength through countless ups and downs, while also enduring tremendous pain from a botched cervical cage surgery.

Because of her illness, Amy was unable to work and relied on disability income, which was used to help cover the cost of her care at the facility where she was receiving treatment. She did not have life insurance or funds set aside for final arrangements. With her passing occurring so close to Christmas, the financial burden of funeral expenses has fallen on her children during an already heartbreaking time.

We are asking for any help—no matter how small—to assist with Amy’s funeral expenses. Donations, shares, and prayers are all deeply appreciated and mean more than words can express.
