Honoring Amara Jewell: Help with Funeral Costs

On Wednesday we got the devastating call that our Sister Sarah Jewell woke to find her 13-year-old daughter Amara Faith Jewell had found her way into God’s arms. There are no words that can describe the pain of losing a family member let alone your child. Amara was a caring, quirky, and loving kid. She loved playing video games with her little brother, listening to her favorite artist Taylor Swift, and spending time watching TV with her mom. Amara has her mother, a sister and 4 brothers as well as grandparents, uncles and aunts, and many cousins that loved and cared for her.

Amara will have her funeral Sunday November 24th. It is hard enough for a mother to deal with the loss of a child and all the heartbreaking decisions that have to be made within a few days. To help alleviate the financial burden of funeral arrangements, we've created this GoFundMe to honor Amara’s memory.
