It is with deep sadness to announce the passing of Alvin “Al” Cardoza. After a year long battle with lung cancer, he took his last breath September 14th.

Alvin was a dedicated family man, an Army Veteran, and a proud employee of the Federal Government, where he spent 20 years as a Material Handler/Purchaser. Alvin was a man of integrity and commitment, his life was a testament to the strength of his character and his unwavering dedication to those he loved.

Having lived in Dos Palos, CA, and Brawley, CA, before settling in Calipatria, CA. Alvin had a full life of experiences that shaped him into the resilient, loving, and inspiring man we all knew and loved.

We take comfort in knowing that Alvin's spirit and legacy will continue to live on through his family and all those who had the privilege to know him.

Celebration of life with be held Friday October 17th from 12-2pm at Fry’s Chapel in Brawley, CA.
