Alvin Beaver was a very caring young man who spent his entire life bravely fighting sickle cell disease. He was 35 years old, just one month shy of his 36th birthday. Despite the challenges, Alvin was blessed to receive a heart transplant one year ago, which gave him hope for a brighter future. Over the past year, however, he continued to face serious health struggles. Just a week ago, Alvin went into the hospital because the pain had become unbearable. When he arrived, he learned he needed a blood transfusion. After receiving the transfusion, Alvin never woke up.

Our family is heartbroken by Alvin’s passing. We want to honor his memory by giving him the proper funeral, burial, and church service he deserves. The funds raised will help cover these costs and ensure Alvin is remembered with the love and dignity he showed throughout his life.
