Honoring Alex: A Beloved Friend's legacy!

Hi all my name is Dario. Alex was a dear friend and also my sim partner when we joined Southern Air.

He was an amazing person to me and fellow classmates. He even showed us how to plot oceanic charts, and entertained us with stories from his career and life earning him the nickname “Admiral Johnson”.

Alex joined Atlas Air thru the merger of Southern Air and Atlas and flew the Boeing 777 and Boeing 737.

About a year ago Alex was diagnosed with a brain tumor which left him completely unable to communicate or walk. He has now gone to be with God and share his incredible stories in heaven.

This gofund me is set up to help his wife with medical bills as well as funeral expenses. His Southern Air classmates and myself want to make sure she gets the help she needs in these tough times. Please help us reach the goal of $10,000 to support her.
