Aidan James Gann, 7, of York Springs, peacefully passed away Friday, July 12, 2024, at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center, after bravely facing a very brief and extremely rare medical condition.

Aidan’s creativity, nature for caring, and passion for animals, scouting and soccer are what fueled his enthusiasm and zest for life. Quality’s he shared daily with his family, friends, and his special bond with his brother.

Aidan’s joyful spirit touched everyone he met. He radiated happiness and had a remarkable way of uplifting everyone around him, brightening their spirits with joy. Not only was he the life of the party, he created the party. His passion for the outdoors led him to join the Boy Scouts, where he was a dedicated member of Lake Meade Pack 88. His faithfulness to the Scout’s code continues on by becoming an organ donor, and helping others in need even in death. Aidan also cherished his time with his father at the York Springs Fire Co. as an honorary member.

Aidan's Family is starting AIDAN-ROCKS.COM to spread his love for fun and creativity. From this we start his foundations to legacy where we will help other kids that are hard of hearing. We will work to help Otolaryngologists and schools provide resources to parents with kids that are deaf or hard of hearing.
