We are broken-hearted to share that the Cuenca family has suffered an unimaginable loss.

My childhood sister, Mercy and Derek, and their family have lost their beloved 19 year old son, Adonijah Zion Cuenca by a road Collision over Memorial Weekend. Adonijah was a wonderful son, brother, uncle, grandson, partner, and friend. He was a young man of good character, filled with love, loyalty, and respect.

No family should have to endure the pain of losing a child. The family will be honoring , Adonijah with a Catholic burial and is accepting monetary support through this GoFundMe. All donations will go directly to the family to help offset these unexpected expenses.

Any support is deeply appreciated, whether through a donation, a message, or prayers. If nothing else, please hold the Cuenca family in faith as they grieve and begin the difficult journey toward healing together.

Messages left here will be read by the family. Derek is open to communication, while Mercy is mostly responding by text at this time. The other children are being given space to grieve, and their friends are welcome to reach out directly.
