Adam Fontalvo was a happy, big boy who loved anyone and everyone. He always left a great impression anywhere he went and lit up any room with his personality. Adam went into surgery for cataract and retina detachment, and unfortunately, he had complications coming out into the recovery room. He went in smiling and positive as can be, and came out to recovery the same way. Now, Adam is sleeping with other angels, smiling down and caring for all who knew him.

Our family is heartbroken by his loss, and we want to honor Adam's memory with funeral and memorial services that reflect the joy and love he brought to everyone. The funds raised will help us cover these expenses and support our family during this difficult time.
