Our mother, Julie Roth passed away on June 5. She was the kind of mother who gave everything she had—even when she had almost nothing. With a heart bigger than her wallet, she’d spend her last dollar on someone else without a second thought. She raised a big, loud, loving family in a small, humble home, somehow always making it work with grace, grit, and an uncanny ability to stretch a meal or a moment. Her laughter was contagious, sharp with a wicked sense of humor that cut through the toughest day. She loved bold colors, funky patterns, and the soundtrack of the 1970s—music that made you feel something, just like she did. To know her was to be seen, cared for, and loved.
Mom didn’t have life insurance, so we are asking for any contributions and will be grateful for any help to cover the costs of the funeral and burial.
