Our precious mom died suddenly on June 15, 2025 after being in and out of the hospital for five months. While watching our mom, who had never been in a hospital setting all of her 74 years before Jan 2025, except to have her two children, go thru all that she’s been going thru, has been a heart wrenching journey to watch and to go thru with her. My mom gave her family her whole heart at all times. She was there to listen to understand to always be there. She was a simple woman who believed in God and truly felt with her whole heart that she was rich in all the things that matter, and she was. Monetarily she was never rich but you wouldn’t know it as she would try her best to help anyone in need, from her children to grandchildren to cooking a meal for friends. I’m not simply saying this because she’s my mom, but because she was a beautiful person who truly believed in God and kept her faith always no matter what life thru at her. She was the most peaceful person I know and will ever know. We’re asking for support in honoring this woman as the cost is astronomical for a funeral and while mom did prepare with her headstone and plot, this amount is simply too much for the family to take on in such a short time with such a big expense while grieving the matriarch of our family being gone so suddenly. My position was lost in work and there are limited resources available that help so anything that anyone can do we are beyond grateful for, please.
