Help a Father Honor His Wife and Care for Their Children

My name is Kenny Barber, and I never imagined I would be writing something like this.

My wife recently passed away unexpectedly. She was a devoted school teacher, an incredible mother, and the heart of our family. She leaves behind two beautiful children—a daughter and a son—who are now trying to understand life without their mom.

I am a disabled U.S. veteran, and right now I am doing everything I can to hold our family together. We are living in Panama, and my wife was the one who spoke Spanish and helped us navigate daily life here. Without her, I am facing grief, language barriers, financial hardship, and the overwhelming responsibility of caring for our children alone.
