There are so many things I want to say and so many things I can say but I still cannot think straight from losing you. If you knew my mom, you knew that she loved everyone and opened her arms to all of mine and my brother's friends, so much so some even called her mom. She had the biggest heart, the warmest hug and smile (that could light up a room), the best snuggler, amazing cook, heartfelt and caring woman, I could go on. She was truly my best friend and saying that my family and I are devastated from her passing is an understatement. She meant the world to my father, brother, and I. She truly was one of the greatest people you could ever meet.

I'm raising funds to help my dad with funeral and cremation costs. I don't want him have to worry about money in this time when he needs to be using it to grieve. My parents were married for over 30 years and every day I could see my dad's love for my mom. I lost my mom, but he lost his life partner. He is the type to get her flowers on every special occasion or just randomly because he saw her favorite flowers and knew she loved them, always found the best cards that showed how much he loves her, the couple to dance to no music other than their hums, I could go on and on. The loss for me is unbearable and I know it is for him too, and I just don't want him to have the thought of these expenses in his head.

The cost for the funeral is around $9,600, urn is about $1,000 and I believe cremation is as well. My mom was also in the hospital multiples times over the past couple of months as well as around a month before her passing so I also put room for medical bills in there as well. I would like to get a keepsake for my father, brother and myself but obviously that is not the most important. Anything helps, even $1.
